Returns & Exchanges

OAK + FORT accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that jewelry, beauty products, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or OAK + FORT retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
